Return and Refund Policy

Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your order from BLS Outdoors and we will gladly exchange, replace, or refund any merchandise that doesn't meet your expectations subject to the following restrictions:

- If you receive incorrect or defective merchandise, you must contact us within 14 days of purchase to receive return authorization. Returns must be accompanied by the original sales slip. Some returns maybe subject to restocking fees.
- For a full credit to be received for goods, we must receive back the items in a timely manner and in all original unopened packaging - a resalable condition.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of defective merchandise.
- Special Orders and Customized Products are not returnable.
- Software must be unopened.
- Electronic software downloads are not refundable.
- We charge a 15% restocking fee when returns are due to customer error.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method: If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within three business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
